Conditions
Overnight accommodation is welcome.
Check in time is 12:00 noon. Check out time is 10:00am.
Apartments serviced weekly.
Additional Person Bed and Linen Charge $45 for 1st 3 nights min charge, then $15 per night
Vouchers or specials not valid for public holidays,
September school holidays, Mooloolaba Triathlon, Mid
or High seasons.
To confirm a booking Low & Mid season a deposit of $150 is required, High Season bookings require a deposit of $300
Cancellation policy:
An Administration fee of $45.00 + 3.5% if paid by credit card will be charged for all cancellations.
Low & Mid season, No refund of the deposit will be made unless we are notified of the cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival, High season Booking Balances must be paid 21 days prior to arrival, Cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival, deposit and balance not refundable.
