Bellardoo Holiday Apartments are centrally located in Mooloolaba on the corner of Mooloolaba Esplanade & Meta Sts, directly opposite the beach.

Located in between Mooloolaba Beach and Alex Beach, both of which are patrolled, you can choose the option that suits you. Mooloolaba is slightly more popular, Alex is a little quieter but great for those wanting to surf. Lessons are available for those keen to give it a go. Boogie boarding is great fun for all ages. For the young children, there are rocks to explore the local sealife, keep an eye out also for the blue tongue lizards which love to bask in the sun in the Esplanade garden areas!

Within 200m of Bellardoo Apartments we have the Mooloolaba shops where you are spoilt for choice with our numerous restaurants and cafes along the Esplanade. The nearest Coles supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy, bank and ATM's are also walking distance, just one block from our property.

Local transport is 25m from our doorstep. Buses are travelling constantly to the Sunshine Plaza or Kawana shopping centres. The Sunshine Plaza not only offers 2 levels of shopping mall but also has numerous restaurants and a cinema complex. Kawana is a smaller, more local shopping centre.

The region has so much to offer - great for day-trips to the popular areas of Eumundi, Noosa, Coolum, Montville and Maleny to name just a few.

Require a non-refundable deposit of $300.00.

An administration fee of $50.00 is applicable for all amendments

Credit cards must be presented on check-in. Alternatively, a cash bond of $200.00 is required and will be held as a guarantee until after your departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Low Season bookings

0-2 days prior to arrival, your stay is non-refundable.

3 to 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable.

15 days or more prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00.

Mid Season & School Holiday bookings

Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. Once processed, your stay is totally non-refundable.

8 to 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable.

15 days or more prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00.

High Season bookings and Mooloolaba Triathlon bookings

Full payment is required 21 days prior to arrival. Once processed, your stay is totally non-refundable.
