This apartment is privately owned and has a different layout with contrasting furnishings to other apartments at the property. Air-Conditioning is in both bedrooms only. The apartment has a Queen bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. It comfortably accommodates 4 guests. At an additional cost, one extra bed can be added to the lounge area. Bedrooms have matching valances, bed runners and microfibre blankets. This is the only apartment with a Spa Bath which has a shower over it. This apartment is slightly set back from the road so it is quieter and has been renovated. It is located on the middle floor with a sunny aspect from the balcony and has lovely views over the Pool, Esplanade and Ocean. THERE ARE NO LIFTS.
