Air-conditioning in the bedrooms only with fans in the living area. This apartment is lovely with very smart, comfortable and modern furnishings. There is a spa bath in the bathroom. Located on the 1st floor with ocean views. Gyp-rocked, painted walls. WE DO NOT HAVE A LIFT so access to the apartment is via stairs. Pets of any kind are NOT PERMITTED on our property or in the apartments.
